Once all the assessments are complete, you will be invited to SIMStart... at SIM USA headquarters, Charlotte, NC

You meet SIM USA; SIM USA meets you.  All assessments lead to SIMStart, the on-site evaluation component of the application process.  During these 4 days you...

• learn more about SIM
• interview and interact with SIM personnel
• participate in sessions focusing on life and ministry on the mission field
• meet others exploring career cross-cultural ministry
• talk with one of our psychologists
• with the Career Candidate Coordinator, discuss prospective ministry options and training/equipping

At the end of SIMStart, you and SIM decide whether or not to continue together in long term missionary service.
