After serving 13 years in ministry with missionary kids in Nigeria, Dick and Meg Ackley have filled the role of South Central Regional Director for SIM since 1997.
They both grew up with missionary parents; Dick in Sudan and Liberia and Meg in Nigeria. Dick received his BS from LeTourneau University and his MA in Mathematics from Stephen F. Austin University. Meg received her BA in Biblical Studies from LeTourneau University.
Sharing their passion for cross-cultural ministry with individuals and churches, helping those God has called in the process of getting from 'here to there' and ministering to missionary families is what they love to do.
Especially close to Dick and Meg's heart are missionary kids' re-entry and adjustment to their home culture during their college years.
